— Platform User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 622bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 622bt website at https://622bt.io and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the 622bt platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held within a player's 622bt account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 622bt to a player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total betting turnover a player must complete before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all account balances on 622bt are denominated.

• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary, binding election by a player to restrict their own access to the 622bt platform for a defined or indefinite period.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the 622bt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 622bt strictly prohibits use by any individual under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 622bt, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through account suspension or termination.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of 622bt, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgement when making decisions on the platform.

622bt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible individuals will be closed and any balance handled in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use the 622bt platform, you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. 622bt is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 622bt. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. 622bt employs device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances and pending bonuses will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted on the platform through your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. 4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

622bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to provide identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time 622bt determines appropriate. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. 622bt will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts where verification has been requested and not completed within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

622bt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account not owned by the registered 622bt account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of the deposited amount.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 622bt account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard processing times of the relevant payment networks. 622bt does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges which are outside 622bt's control.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned via the original payment method where technically feasible.

5.4 Currency

All deposits are accepted and credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). If your payment method processes in a different currency, any currency conversion is performed by your payment provider at their applicable exchange rate. 622bt is not responsible for any exchange rate loss or fees applied by third-party payment processors.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested once your account has been verified in accordance with 622bt's KYC requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. 622bt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

For verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Bangladesh national holidays. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard are subject to the standard processing timelines of the relevant card networks, which may take between 1 and 5 business days.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated to players within their account settings. 622bt reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion and in accordance with applicable payment processing constraints.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus balances are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance. Only the real-money component of the account balance, net of any unmet bonus wagering obligations, is eligible for withdrawal at any given time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 622bt are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses issued by 622bt are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be communicated at the time of the offer (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed before any bonus-derived funds become withdrawable). Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game category are provided within each offer's specific terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

622bt reserves the right to void any bonus balance and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies specifically designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (e.g., hedging, dutching, or placing opposing bets), and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

7.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus balances that have not been wagered within the expiry window will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. It is the player's responsibility to monitor their bonus balance and wagering progress within their account dashboard.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Availability

622bt offers a range of game types including cricket and sports betting, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and others), slot games, Fisher Game arcade titles, and additional categories as added to the platform from time to time. Game availability may vary by player location, account status, and applicable jurisdictional rules. 622bt reserves the right to add, modify, or remove game titles from the platform at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all game types and betting markets on the 622bt platform. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market prior to placing a wager. 622bt reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual players or across the platform at its discretion, including during high-volume periods such as BPL season or major international cricket tournaments.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or miscommunication that results in an incorrect bet being accepted, an incorrect payout being issued, or a game round not completing as intended, 622bt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Payouts made erroneously due to a system malfunction are not valid and may be reclaimed by 622bt. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applicable to all games on the platform.

8.4 Sports Betting — Results and Settlement

All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the International Cricket Council for ICC tournaments). In the event of ambiguity, 622bt's decision on settlement is final. Abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, as displayed within the sportsbook.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 622bt platform. Violation of any of the following rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account verification.
• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or allowing any person under 21 to access your account.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 622bt platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive property of 622bt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 622bt platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 622bt.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing agreements with 622bt. Players have no rights in respect of that third-party content beyond the right to access it through the platform under these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 622bt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays that are outside 622bt's reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Any claim arising from betting or gaming outcomes, whether the player considers those outcomes to be the result of an error or otherwise.

622bt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Privacy

622bt processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available in full at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

622bt uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never accessible in plaintext by any member of the 622bt team. 14. Amendments to These Terms

15. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 622bt makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties may pursue further resolution through appropriate channels available under applicable law.

622bt's decisions regarding bet settlement, account status, bonus eligibility, and any other aspect of platform operation shall be final in the absence of manifest error. In cases of manifest error, 622bt will take reasonable corrective action including voiding affected bets and returning stakes where appropriate.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
